If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your order and we will issue a full refund — no hoops, no hassle. Just email us at getstoryshelf@gmail.com with your order number and a brief note about what didn’t work for you.
How refunds are processed
- Refund requests are reviewed and answered within 1–2 business days.
- Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.
- Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 5–10 business days for the funds to appear.

If you ever have trouble downloading or opening your book, please reach out before requesting a refund — our team can almost always fix delivery issues within hours, and we’re happy to re-send your files at no charge.
