How do I view my order history?
StoryShelf checkout does not require an account, so your order history lives in your email rather than behind a login.
Finding a past order
Search your mailbox for StoryShelf. Each confirmation email contains the order number, the title you bought, the amount, and the download link.
Worth doing once: create a mail folder or label for StoryShelf and move those confirmations into it. It turns a scattered search into a tidy shelf of everything you own.
If you cannot find them
Contact us with the email address you used and we will look up what is on it.
